To top it off, the boys had a rift just as they got up. A good morning was not had by all. I think we are having a little too much togetherness! That's why it's so great to have other boys around for them to separate for a little while.
We all headed out to the zoo as a group. The weather was actually somewhat pleasant, not too muggy... thank goodness. And still, not a blue sky around.
Just as soon as we stepped off the bus, Griff tripped over a chain as he was goofing around with the other boys. Sometimes, big brothers need a hug and a kiss too. :)

Scott and one of the other dad's were suckers when some lady came around selling balloons. Thanks to Scott's weakness, Harper now had a balloon......
Before we all got going thru the zoo, we stopped to get a group picture. This is the first picture we were able to get as a group since we all picked up our daughters. Such a great group of people!
Then we were off to see some animals. At first, Michael was really marching us through the zoo with little time to actually stop and see anything. We finally just started stopping at whatever we wanted to see. He finally got the hint.
The red pandas were really cute. This lady used a whistle to call them all for 'lunch time'. They came out of nowhere and started following her like cats or something.
I think this might have been the only panda at this zoo. Luckily, he wasn't sleeping like the panda we went to see in Hefei.
Brannen pointing to the panda for Harper to see....
Silly boys
Chinese graffiti?
Back at the hotel, and after a nap, all is right with the world again :)
Not much else was going on today, except some much needed relaxing and sleep!

Tight.. Not right!
ReplyDeleteHave y'all ventured off to that park across the street that has all of those people exercising and dancing around a big lake? We really enjoyed that outing but I couldn't tell ya how to get there!
Yes, Scott was down for the count! haha!!
ReplyDeleteWe were going to go there today, but Harper took an extremely long nap after we got back from the zoo. May go there tomorrow
So excited...looks exhausting!
